Cancellations, Refunds & Rates.
We understand that plans change. Our policies are designed to be fair to our clients while protecting the schedules of our professional chauffeurs. Please review our cancellation windows and rate structures below.
CHANGE OF PLANS?
Cancellation Policy.
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled trip will be charged the full fare of the reserved route.
- No-Shows: Failure to appear for your pickup without prior notice will result in a full fare charge.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
Rate Structure & Surcharges.
Our pricing is mileage-based to ensure transparency. Please note the following base rates and applicable surcharges:
- One-Way Standard: Calculated at $2.75 per mile.
- Return Trip Standard: Calculated at $3.50 per mile.
- Holiday Rate: An additional $1.00 per mile applies on recognized holidays.
- Peak & Weather Surcharge: An additional surcharge of $0.25 per mile applies during heavy traffic or inclement weather conditions.
TRAVEL ADVISORY
Inclement Weather Policy.
Safety is our priority. During severe weather events (snow, ice, heavy rain), we strongly recommend scheduling your pickup 30 minutes earlier than usual to account for potential road delays. We reserve the right to adjust routes or service availability if road conditions are deemed unsafe.
