Cancellations, Refunds & Rates.

We understand that plans change. Our policies are designed to be fair to our clients while protecting the schedules of our professional chauffeurs. Please review our cancellation windows and rate structures below.

Free Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

No-Shows
Failure to appear for your scheduled pickup without prior notice will result in a non-refundable charge.

Changes to Pickup Details
Any changes to pickup time or location must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Flight Delays
In the event of a flight delay, we monitor flights and adjust the pickup time accordingly at no additional charge.
