Terms of Service.

Welcome to TransCity. By booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and transportation services across Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.

RESERVATIONS

Booking and Payment Terms.

Reservations can be made online or via phone. While payment is typically processed at the time of service, we accept all major Credit/Debit cards (via Square), Zelle, Venmo, and Cash. For certain bookings, a credit card hold may be required to secure the reservation. You agree to pay the full fare quoted, including any applicable surcharges for mileage or waiting time.

ONBOARD RULES

Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and the preservation of our fleet, smoking, drug use, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles. TransCity reserves the right to terminate a trip immediately without refund if a passenger poses a threat to the chauffeur or vehicle safety. Passengers are financially liable for any cleaning or repair fees resulting from damages caused during the trip.

DISCLAIMER

Limitation of Liability.

TransCity is dedicated to punctuality and efficiency. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, unforeseen traffic accidents, or road closures. We recommend booking your pickup with sufficient buffer time before flights or events. We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the vehicle, though we will make every effort to return them if found.
